Exclusive Hire

A heritage‑rich space with a modern soul, Sofia is yours to make your own. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a lively, full‑venue affair, our warm, character‑filled rooms create a beautiful backdrop for unforgettable moments.

Host up to 120 guests for a stand‑up canapé‑style event, or up to 60 guests for a seated celebration, all with the privacy and atmosphere of having the entire venue exclusively for you.

  • We can host up to 60 guests for a seated banquet‑style event, or up to 150 guests for a stand‑up canapé celebration, giving you the flexibility to shape the occasion exactly as you imagine.

  • Friday to Sunday Lunch

    • 12pm – 4pm

    Tuesday - Sunday Dinner

    • 5:30pm – Close

    Surcharge

    • A 10% surcharge applies to all food and beverages on Sundays and Public Holidays

    Function Finish Time

    • Function finish times may be adjusted, provided the revised time is approved in advance by our Functions Manager.

  • Dress Code & Styling

    • A smart dress code applies.

    • No fancy dress costumes.

    • No glitter, confetti, or open‑flame candles are permitted in the venue.

    Entertainment

    • DJs are permitted for exclusive‑use functions.

    • All other entertainment must be approved in advance by the Venue Manager.

  • Inclusive of food and beverages

    Monday - Sunday Lunch | $7,000

    Monday - Thursday Dinner | $8,000

    Friday - Saturday Dinner | $12,000

    Sunday Dinner | $10,000

    (10% surcharge applies on Sunday’s and public holidays)

Private Dining

Our new Private Dining Room offers an intimate, elevated setting for up to 20 guests seated for a banquet‑style experience. Thoughtfully designed to feel warm, refined, and deeply personal, it’s the ideal space for corporate gatherings, milestone celebrations, or special occasions that call for something truly memorable.

All guests dining in the Private Dining Room enjoy one of Sofia’s signature banquets, with the entire group selecting the same menu to ensure a seamless, shared experience.

    • 10–20 guests seated for an intimate banquet‑style event

    • $3,000 minimum spend applies for exclusive use (inclusive of food and beverages)
